Muscle Bull Gym is an independent “Old school” gym with an extensive range of strength and functional training equipment, nestled right in the heart of the bustling Maltby Street neighbourhood of Bermondsey in Central London. MBG spans three massive railway arches and has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Here at the MBG we think of ourselves as a Fitness Family, welcoming everyone to share our space and equipment. Our ethos is:-

Members can use our sauna, sun-bed, participate in group classes, and have personal training and massage therapy services available. We are very proud of our dedicated diet and fitness tracking app which all members have access to upon joining. With this app you will have access to a free trackable fitness programme; there is something for all fitness levels and goals.

Should you prefer a personalised plan, at an additional cost we have several professional trainers available, each with a different style and skillset, yet all sharing a common mindset and belief that with a personal workout and diet plan they can make you stronger.  Our aim is to future-proof our community. 

  Finally....our expert dietitian is world class!

WAY

We have different membership types available, from single day passes to annual subscriptions, with money-saving add-ons for the regular gym-goer and unlike many other gyms, we do not charge a joining fee.

We are a short walk from either Bermondsey or London Bridge Stations, and a hop skip and a jump (pun intended!) from several local bus routes. 

There is a members car park and our bike rack is in full view of the CCTV, for your added peace of mind.

DIRECTIONS

Tubes:  Bermondsey/London Bridge.

Nearest tube is Bermondsey on the Jubilee Line, which is approximately 6 minutes walk. Turn left out of the station into Jamaica Road- walk approximately 400m and turn left again into Abbey Street adjacent to a Tesco Metro. Walk a further 150m, the 2nd turning on your right is Gedling Place (after the railway bridge). From London Bridge, take the Tooley Street exit. Follow Tooley Street all the way, crossing Tower Bridge Road, which leads into Jamaica Road. Opposite The Co-Operative Food Market is the entrance to Sweeney Crescent. Take this street which crosses Druid Street straight into Gedling Place. Blue gates on the right are the entrance to our car-park.   Our car-park comfortably houses 4 cars and we have bike racks that secure 6 bikes. We have CCTV installed that covers the entire car-park for your safety and security. Brompton fold-away bikes may be stored in the changing rooms at your own risk. 

Buses: C10/47/42/78 The C10 bus between Victoria & Canada Water stops right outside of the gym. Maltby Street bus-stop. The No. 47 between Surrey Quays & Liverpool Street stops are a 1-minute walk from Jamaica Road. Get off at the Dockhead or Abbey Street bus-stops. The No. 42 from Shoreditch to the Bricklayers Arms (Old Kent Road roundabout) and the No.78 from Aldgate to Peckham Library; for both, get off at the Abbey Street bus-stop.

From Tower Bridge Road, follow Abbey Street for approx 300m, Gedling Place is on the left (before the railway bridge).
