OUTDOOR CLASS SCHEDULE

Due to government restrictions classes can’t take place indoors before the 17th of May. Until then we’ll be running a limited outdoor timetable.  Beginning Monday 19th of April, Initially starting with two classes with a view adding more as the weather improves. Participants will meet their trainer just outside the gate and then head over to St John’s Churchyard for the class.

There will be limited spaces advanced booking is essential. Please use to the members app or talk to a member of the MBG team to book your place.

Boxing Conditioning, Connor Glasscoe: High intensity interval class using a range of boxing based exercises and movements combined with shadow boxing to music. Perfect if your looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing or just get fitter and stronger. Designed not only to get a sweat on but to improve your conditioning, co-ordination and increase your strength, power and speed. Connor will vary the class from week to week with different movements and exercises being included. 
Hybrid HIIT, Andy Parsons:  A fast-paced workout that's designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. These 45 minute workouts are perfect to incorporate cardio into your training as well as helping you build muscle.
Each week, Andy will bring brand new workouts, challenges and games for you to conquer!
