If you're new to Yoga this course is perfect for you. During this 6 week course for only £60. Every Saturday afternoon at 1.15pm, in these hour long sessions you'll study the building blocks of Yoga with our expert Yogi, Naomi Millard. You'll learn key Yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga practice such as the importance of breath and alignment. You will also be introduced to some basic Yoga philosophy and meditation techniques. There will be limited spaces available so book your place early.
