YOGA FOR BEGINNERS Start date 19th October
If you're new to Yoga this course is perfect for you. During this 6 week paid course, every Saturday at 13.15 you'll study the building blocks of Yoga with our expert Yogi, Naomi Millard. You'll learn key Yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga practice such as the importance of breath and alignment. You will also be introduced to some basic Yoga philosophy and meditation techniques. There will be limited spaces available so book your place early.
