In order to meet current government guidelines all visits to the gym will need to be booked in advance. Members will be able to book two sessions per day up to 14 days in advance.

Arrival times are available throughout the day. With a check-in window of 15 minutes prior to and after the booking time. Please arrive promptly as late comers may be refused entry. There is no need to book consecutive sessions as we won't be chasing people out at the end of their allotted time however, we ask all members try to stay within a training window of 90 minutes and to be mindful of the people arriving in the next time slot. 

Members can book up to two training sessions per day. As mentioned above we don't chase you out at the end of your session so please don't book consecutive sessions. Doing so takes the opportunity to train away from another member and may result in both your sessions being cancelled. 

Our members app, FitSense, allows members to book a visit up to 14 days in advance. Using this system means we are able to limit capacity so you get to train with the peace of mind that you will be able to keep a safe distance from others.

Please make sure you read the FAQ page before using the FitSense app and returning to the gym. 

Please head to your appropriate app store and download FitSense now.

Once you have downloaded FitSense, you will need to activate your account. You do this by following the steps below:

  1. Select Member Sign In

  2. Select 'Activate My Account'

  3. Complete your details. Please ensure you use the email address that we have on record.

  4. Your password will be automatically generated and emailed to you

  5. You can then log in to FitSense and set up your profile! You will also be able to change your password to something more memorable, after you have logged in for the first time.
