1. All members are required to comply with the rules of Muscle Bull Gym at ALL times.
  2. Membership cards are individual and not transferable. CARDS MUST BE SCANNED AT RECEPTION ON EACH VISIT TO THE CLUB. Neither subscription nor joining fees are refundable.
  3. Lost membership cards must be reported to reception. A £2 charge is made for a replacement card.
  4. Members and guests are responsible for the safety of their property.
  5. Muscle Bull Gym will not be responsible in the event of injury caused or suffered by a member or guest whilst on the premises.
  6. Membership of the club is at the discretion of Management. Management reserve the right to refuse membership or admission to the gym; suspend or cancel a membership; request any member or guest to leave the premises.  All data is kept securely and should you cancel your membership, your data can be deleted upon request.
  7. Members may introduce 2 guests at a time to the gym at the cost of £8 per guest. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.  If guests cause any disruption or damage to the gym, members will be responsible for reparations. All guests must sign in at and the appropriate Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest for reasons of health and safety or if the proposed guest has previously not complied with Club rules
  8. The use of the gym’s facilities and admission of guests is at the discretion of the management.
  9. Any guests that have used their free day pass will be charged an entrance fee and will be payable ON ENTRY to the club.
  10. Staff are not permitted to serve members unless payment is made at the time of purchase.
  11. Lockers are provided free of charge. They are locked by key. Ensure your return the key when you leave.
  12. Towels are provided at a cost of £1.50.
  13. ANY EQUIPMENT USED BY ANY MEMBER OR GUEST MUST BE RETURNED TO ITS PROPER PLACE. e.: on a rack or stand.  Although every effort to encourage this behaviour will be taken by Staff or Management, any member or guest that refuses to adhere to this rule will be asked to vacate the premises. This is a health & safety issue that everyone has a responsibility to uphold.
  14. Please be respectful of your fellow members and clean up behind yourself. This means wiping down equipment after use and cleaning up any spills that you’re responsible for.
  15. Appropriate attire should be worn whilst conducting any physical activity in the gym.
  16. Trainers must be worn at all times when manoeuvring through the gym. In certain circumstances, i.e. a stationary lift, it is acceptable to remove trainers for the duration of that exercise only. 
  17. The management must be consulted prior to the formation of any team, competition, ladder or league that operates on the premises and is associated with members of Muscle Bull Gym. The decision of the Management is final on these matters.
  18. The Management reserve the right to alter, delete or add to the above rules.
  19. OPENING HOURS, The Club's opening hours, as amended from time to time, are displayed at reception. Last entry to the gym is 60 minutes before closing time. Members must ensure they cease use of the Club facilities to allow adequate time for showering and dressing.
  20. SUNBED FACILITIES Members must ensure they are aware of the age restrictions (as displayed on Club notice boards, or as instructed by staff) applying to the use of the Sunbeds and other tanning facilities. Members and Guests should ensure that they familiarise themselves with the Sunbed and tanning information notices and complete the questionnaire issued by the Club prior to their first session. Safety goggles must be worn whilst Sunbeds are in operation. Members and guests are requested to clean the Sunbeds before and after use with the fluid provided.
  21. LOCKERS For security reasons, Members and Guests are asked to store personal belongings in the lockers provided. All usage of lockers is governed by the membership terms and conditions. Lockers are provided on a daily basis only, and items left overnight will be removed on the following day and treated as lost property.
  22. LOST PROPERTY All lost property found on the premises should be handed in to the Club reception. Items whose ownership cannot be identified will be stored by the Club for six weeks and then donated to local charities. Items which appear valuable may be sold with the proceeds donated to charity.
  23. SAFETY AND HYGIENE In the interest of Safety and Hygiene, no crockery or glasses are allowed in the changing rooms, fitness areas and other activity areas.
  24. Entry to the Club is only permitted at the Club reception and entrance. Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and members and guests must not interfere with these doors for any reason. In the event of an emergency evacuation, members and guests must immediately make their way in an orderly fashion to the nearest available exit.
  25. BEHAVIOUR If any member shall cause nuisance or annoyance to other members, guests or Club staff, or misuse the Club facilities, or breach any etiquette guidelines, or generally behave inappropriately, the Club reserves the right to refuse admission or suspend or terminate membership. In particular, abusive language, threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
  26. No photography (including the taking of images through a mobile phone or camcorder) is allowed in any area of the Club.
  27. COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS Please refer to any comments or complaints to a member of the Club staff. Written complaints must be addressed to the Club General Manager.
  28. GENERAL No food or drink, alcoholic or otherwise, or illegal substances may be brought into and consumed within the Club or its grounds. The Club is a non smoking environment.
  29. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE Upon joining the Club all new members are required to complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. The purpose of this is to ensure that the Club’s staff are fully informed of any physical or medical condition which could affect the members ability or suitability to take part in physical activities. Only if the Club’s staff are fully and accurately informed, can they assess the member’s health and fitness level and prepare an appropriate exercise program.
