The Get Beach Ready Programme:

M.B.G.'S Body Transformation Package.

Taught over 12 weeks; each week you will train at 6.15am Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri (except if there is a Bank Holiday, in which case, you will not have a mid-week break). Additionally, you have any-time access to the gym and additional classes- that will complement your experience. 

In Phase 1, you will:

  • Learn new positive habits and how to sustain them.
  • Record your food intake and your exercise regime. It's important to record everything, because to us, this is your baseline- all progress can only be measured against where you were at the start of your journey.
  • Through targeted workouts, strengthen your core muscles, gradually start working at Higher Intensities, and build a strong foundation that, with work, will futureproof you from common injuries. 
  • Meet new people on a similar journey, form bonds and as a group, boost your chances of success!

In Phase 2, you will:

  • Switch to a predominantly Strength Training programme. 
  • Maintain a healthy approach to your food intake with a solid support network to ensure your success.
  • Through targeted workouts, build on the strong foundation you gained from Phase 1- introduction to more advanced lifting techniques. 

In Phase 3, you will:

Consolidate all that you've learned in Phase 1 & 2

  • Ramp up the intensity so that you have a consistently greater after-burn effect (calories burned post exercise)
  • Learn effective nutrition tactics that could keep you lean for life
  • Pat yourself on the back for how much you have achieved in 3 months!
  • Book your holiday!!

3 payments of £300 or 1 payment of £850 are required to complete the BODY TRANSFORMATION COURSE. First or full payment should be made 2 weeks before the start of the programme to secure your place on the programme.  If you have chosen to pay in 3 instalments, payment for the following 2 phases of the programme should be made 1 week before the commencement of each phase.
